SB5550XL DataServer
The Verari Systems SB5550XL DataServer for the BladeRack® 2 XL is a cost effective, modular, blade-based general-purpose application server with high-density storage capacity that is ideal for Web 2.0 and Service Provider’s workloads.
The SB5550XL DataServer consists of an SB1560XL Server Blade and two SB1056 Disk Blades. The SB1560XL Server Blade delivers cost effective processing power via its high performance AMD single socket, quad core processor and up to 24GB of memory while the two SB1056 disk blades hold 24TBs of RAID storage capacity. A single BladeRack 2 XL platform can house up to 24 SB5550XL DataServers delivering 576TB of on-line storage and 96 processor cores.
