features a broad range of services designed to maximize return on your
investment. Our personalized, collaborative approach enables our professional
services team to work closely with your staff to help in building the
most simple to the most complex cluster environments.


Our Professional Services Staff are adept at Installing
& Configuring Verari Products. With a focus on overall Systems
Assurance, we begin the process with an understanding of any Custom
Product Requirements, Pre-Ship Onsite Surveys, and a Pre-Ship 'Kick-Off'
meeting with the Customers Datacenter Staff to ensure absolute alignment
and readiness prior to the actual installation activity.
Installation is offered in three levels of expanding service. At the
lowest level, Bronze installation ensures the correct operation of
the hardware by validating the loading of the operating system and
running the factory benchmarks.
The operational or Bronze installation service provides a base level
configuration. Included in this package is the validation of the power
racks, OS login verification, hardware verification, setup and configuration
of the rack switch and DHCP.
Provided within the Silver installation package is the installation
and configuration of all cluster management software, compilers, specified
3rd party software and storage solutions. The Silver Installation
package supersedes just setting the standard configurations such that
applications can be run from the outset. This service jump-starts
your application with the least amount of burden placed on your staff.
Options to the Silver installation level are available for configuring
high speed interconnects such as Myrinet® and Infiniband®.

Verari Systems offers a wide selection
of subjects for training. The standard list of subjects includes such
topics as beginner, intermediate, and advanced MPI programming, cluster
management techniques and architecting supercomputing systems. A list
of training subjects is available from your sales consultant. Training
is priced for time and materials based on the number of days and the
subject matter expertise necessary.
Consulting services cover a wide range of capabilities. Determining
base requirements, architecting solutions, migrating to new platforms,
fine tuning current applications, and general review of cluster usage
and other software opportunities are just some of the options.
Clients can avoid the more costly on-site consulting by pre-purchasing
blocks of time with response via telephone, Email, IM or remote access
monitoring. In some cases, issues may not count against pre-paid consulting
if they are related to pre-purchased product support.
