Verari Systems™, the premier developer of powerful, flexible and scalable platform-independent systems, is seeking an experienced Project Manager.

Scope and Responsibilities

You will coordinate the planning and execution of engineering projects and oversee the cross-functional team transition of new products from design to production. This includes assuring and documenting compliance of engineering development projects to ISO standards. Assist VP of Engineering in the implementation of processes and configuration control standards for components, assemblies and systems. Call life cycle milestone review meetings and publish minutes summarizing results.

This position requires interaction with engineering, sales and operations to coordinate the planning and deliverables management of engineering projects, from requirements definition to design reviews, beta trials and final documentation release. This will involve the creation of project plans and templates combined with follow through in project monitoring, measurement and status reporting.

Experience and Requirements

A minimum of 5 years experience in project organization and planning in a cross-functional environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong written and oral communication ability combined with excellent Microsoft® Project and Office skills are essential. A solid understanding of configuration control, experience with electronic components and assemblies, plus the ability to understand schematics, mechanical drawings and bills of material.
