David B. Wright is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Verari Systems, Inc. As the CEO, Mr. Wright drives the continued global expansion of Verari Systems while building its position as a leading enterprise blade-based server and storage solutions provider for the financial services, service providers, entertainment and media, oil and gas, government and EDA industries. Mr. Wright has an extensive history serving in executive-level positions in multiple industries. Most recently, Mr. Wright was Executive Vice President, Office of the CEO, Strategic Alliances and Global Accounts of EMC Corporation. Mr. Wright served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of LEGATO Systems before EMC acquired the company in 2003. Mr. Wright joined LEGATO in October 2000 following a 13-year career with Amdahl Corporation, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1997. Before joining Amdahl, Mr. Wright spent 11 years with IBM, serving in variety of staff and management positions. Mr. Wright graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he received his degree in Physics and Mathematics. |

David Driggers is Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Verari Systems. As the CTO, Mr. Driggers drives the technology that has distinguished the company’s line of hardware, software and storage solutions. Mr. Driggers is a recognized authority in the super cluster computing industry. His extensive experience in the computing industry has made him the main force behind the super clusters at Verari Systems. Under his leadership, the company has established its operating software and network hardware configurations necessary to enable clusters of servers to process in parallel. Mr. Driggers was instrumental in new Verari Systems developments, such as the Linux operating system and Beowulf clusters as he positioned the company at the forefront of innovations and developments in the super clustering market place. Mr. Driggers studied computer science and electrical engineering at University of California, San Diego and has received official certifications from Microsoft, Novell and Citrix. |

Christopher Witt, CPA, CMA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Verari Systems, Inc. He is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, human resources and strategic initiatives. Mr. Witt joined Verari Systems in July 2003 with more than 17 years of experience from companies such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Arthur Andersen & Co., Plexus Corp (NASDAQ: PLXS), Qtron, Inc., All Optical Networks, Inc., Clinicon Corporation, Genstar Therapeutics, Inc. (AMEX: GNT) and Azur Environmental Corp. (NASDAQ: SDIX). Mr. Witt is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University. |
| Jerry Loe - Executive Vice President, Field Operations |
Mr. Loe has spent almost 30 years managing various aspects of high technology businesses and joined Verari Systems as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Services in May 2005. Prior to joining the Verari Systems team, Mr. Loe assumed various leadership roles at Cray, Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President Manufacturing, Worldwide Services and IS, and prior to that Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales and Services. While serving as Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales and Services, Mr. Loe drove the achievement of the most successful year ever for revenue and profit, and was the primary negotiator for the largest contract in Cray Inc.’s history. His successful record of negotiating significant complex business, product sales and supplier transactions played an ongoing key role in setting worldwide organizational strategies. During his time at Cray Inc., Mr. Loe also effectively acted as CIO of ongoing operations, identifying core business issues and completing the implementation of a new ERP system. Mr. Loe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and went on to serve as a Lieutenant in the United States Army, followed by a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. |

Dan Gatti joined Verari Systems in January 2008 as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Gatti is responsible for the overall management of the Product Marketing and Marketing Operations organizations at Verari. Previous to joining Verari, Mr. Gatti was President and CEO of OnSite Systems selling wireless backhaul solutions, located in Santa Clara, CA. Prior to OnSite, Mr. Gatti was President and CEO of BigBangwidth selling solutions to solve security and bandwidth constraints of GRID networks. Mr. Gatti was President and CEO of MAYAN Networks, providing optical switches to the High Performance market. Mr. Gatti was the Vice President and General Manager of 3Com's Network Service Provider Division, responsible for Internetworking products and solutions for the telecommunications industry. 3Com acquired Primary Access, a successful venture company in Remote Access products, where Mr. Gatti was Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Mr. Gatti also was President of Aptec Computer Systems providing multimedia video servers for the High Performance Computing market. At Amdahl as Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Gatti was responsible for Industry Marketing and commercial systems integration. At GTE, he was Vice President responsible for Product Management and Marketing for telecommunication systems. He also held sales and marketing management positions at IBM's Data Processing business for 15 years. Mr. Gatti is on the board of directors of CallGenie a public company providing Voice Google applications. Mr. Gatti is on the board of directors of TIA, the Telecommunications Industry Association, a sponsor of NXTcomm. Mr. Gatti is a board of governor of the EIA, the Electronics Industry Association and is on the board of directors of the San Francisco 49er Academy, a private school in East Palo Alto. Mr. Gatti has a BA from Fairfield University and completed the executive MBA program at the Harvard Advanced Business School. |

Victor W. Tung joined Verari Systems in 2008 as the vice president of engineering. Mr. Tung will focus on helping accelerate Verari Systems’ key growth and efficiency initiatives leveraging his deep background in product development, testing and quality assurance, and will play a key role in setting strategic technology directions for the company. Prior to joining Verari Systems, Mr. Tung served as vice president of engineering at DataDirect Networks Inc., an enterprise storage solution provider. Tung joined DataDirect Networks from EMC, where he spent 14 years and directed the core intelligence of EMC’s Flagship Symmetrix Engineering to deliver enterprise storage systems to the market. Mr. Tung is the holder of 13 patents on storage and data protection, and is an author of numerous technical papers. Mr. Tung holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, where he graduated cum laude from the Honor’s Program. |

Vince Scarpulla is Vice President of Sales at Verari Systems, Inc. Over the last 26 years Mr. Scarpulla has held a number of sales management and general management roles with enterprise class hardware and software companies. In his most recent role prior to joining Verari Systems he was the North American Vice President of Enterprise Sales for EMC's storage management software business. Prior to EMC Mr. Scarpulla held a variety of Sales VP & GM roles with companies such as Legato Software, Entrust and Amdahl. Mr. Scarpulla is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. |

George Purnell is Vice President of Human Resources at Verari Systems, Inc. Mr. Purnell has held management positions with Legato Systems, Inc., Aspect Communications, Amdahl Corporation, Oracle Corporation, Tandem Computers and Plexus Computers in California and Honeywell Information Systems in Michigan. Formerly as Legato’s chief learning officer, Mr. Purnell was responsible for Legato’s Worldwide Education Initiative that involves customer, channel member and employee education and training for all product lines, sales and professional services. With Aspect Communications, he held the same title. Mr. Purnell brings to Verari Systems over 30 years of professional education training and sales management experience primarily within the IT industry. His past leadership roles in education span from president of the board of education for a leading California school district to founder and board member of a London, England based internet training business. Mr. Purnell holds a BS degree in Management from Pennsylvania State University. |
| Kevin McGrath - Vice President and General Manager, Storage Group |
Kevin McGrath is the Vice President and General Manager of the Storage Group for Verari Systems with over 30 years of experience in leading engineering organizations focused on creating innovative products for information technology markets. Mr. McGrath joined Verari in June 2006. Prior to joining Verari Systems, Mr. McGrath held various management positions at EMC Corporation and Legato Systems including Vice President of Engineering for High Availability products as well as roles in Business Development and Product Management. Before joining Legato Systems, Mr. McGrath held the position of Vice President and Chief Storage Technologist at BMC Software where he led in the formation of the Storage Products business unit, and led the development of the architecture strategy and product strategy for storage management software products. Previous to BMC Software, Mr. McGrath held executive positions in Engineering and Marketing organizations at Amdahl Corporation during an 18 year tenure. During this period, the company grew from $100 Million in revenue to nearly $3 Billion, and Mr. McGrath held positions that were key to creating this success including Vice President of Systems Architecture. Mr. McGrath graduated from the University of Pittsburgh where he studied Engineering and Computer Science. |

Victor Hester is Executive Vice President of Manufacturing at Verari Systems, Inc and a co-founder of the company. He is responsible for all manufacturing operations including production of servers and clusters as well as overseeing the quality control and shipping departments. Upon joining Verari Systems in 2001, Mr. Hester co-authored all of the company’s patents, most notably the original concept of the BladeRack. Prior to joining Verari Systems, Mr. Hester founded his own chain of computer stores in San Diego and operated for nearly 10 years until he sold the chain in 2001. Additionally, he has held a number of positions in the bio-medical engineering industry and holds numerous certificates in electronics. |
| Gene Kim - Vice President, International Business Development, Co-founder |
Gene Kim is Vice President of International Business Development. In his capacity at the company, Mr. Kim oversees development and implementation of international sales efforts. Mr. Kim joined Verari Systems as an Advisor in 1999, later becoming a vice president in 2001. As vice president, he was instrumental in building the company’s sales and marketing teams and streamlining business management activities. Additionally, Mr. Kim developed and implemented global and regional sales and marketing programs that helped Verari Systems grow in an international marketplace. Prior to Verari Systems, Mr. Kim was founder and CEO of Computing Advantage Group (CAG). He has also held several positions with IVAC Corporation, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly, and served as Forecast Administrator at IVAC prior to founding CAG. A resident of San Diego since 1976, Mr. Kim has completed the requirements for a bachelor’s degree in finance from San Diego State University. He has served as the President of the Korean American Professional Association (KAPA) and received the Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Asian Business Association (ABA). |

Doug O’Shaughnessy joined Verari as Director of Product Services and Support in June 2006. Prior to joining Verari, Doug worked at EMC Corp. as V.P. Worldwide Support Services. Prior to joining EMC, Doug worked at Legato Systems, Inc. in the same role. Prior to joining Legato, Doug worked at Amdahl Corporation as Director Worldwide Technical Support, Manager of Storage and Open Systems Support, Senior HQ Technical Support Specialist and Field Engineer. Doug began his career as a Computer Operator with CMG Inc. in 1989. He has received numerous honors and awards throughout his career. |
| Brian D. Koblenz - Vice President and General Manager, FOREST Container Solutions |
Brian D. Koblenz joined Verari Systems as Vice President and General Manager of the FOREST Container Solutions in April 2006. Mr. Koblenz has had more than 20 years of high performance computing experience in various technical and management roles. At Cray Inc, he served as Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Technical Strategy. He was the Engineering Executive for the $100M Red Storm program to design and deliver a 10,000 processor system to Sandia National Labs. He also served as Vice President of Software Development and worked on the compiler and architecture for the Tera MTA. Prior to joining Cray, Mr. Koblenz was Principal Software Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation. He was lead designer of Digital's high performance vector FORTRAN compiler and participated in the Alpha architecture and VAX vectorization efforts. Mr. Koblenz graduated with a B.S. Computer Science (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Vermont and received his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Washington in Seattle. |

Dave Anderson is the Executive Vice President of the Verari Systems Product Group. Mr. Anderson is responsible for product development, product planning, marketing, and product sourcing Verari Systems. Mr. Anderson has spent more than 35 years in technology-related businesses driving key initiatives for business units including general management, engineering, business development, strategic planning, marketing and operations. Prior to joining Verari Systems, Mr. Anderson was the Chief Executive Officer at Evergrid, Inc. For the 6 years prior to Evergrid, he was President and the Chief Executive Officer at Sendmail, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s operations and global expansion. He continues as Chairman of the Board at Sendmail. Prior to Sendmail, Mr. Anderson spent 27 years with the Amdahl Corporation where he retired as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the product group. Mr. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Stanford University. |

Charles Fonner is the Senior Vice President, Business Development for Verari Systems and has over 30 years of strategic marketing and operations experience. Mr. Fonner joined Verari Systems in July of 2006. Prior to working with Verari Systems, Mr. Fonner was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at EMC working with executive members to align the company’s strategic marketing initiatives. Prior to his tenure with EMC, Mr. Fonner was Sr. Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Legato Software. During his time at Legato, he also served as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. Before joining LEGATO in 2001, Mr. Fonner was president and CEO of Npoint Corporation of Los Gatos, CA, a privately held software company. Prior to Npoint, Mr. Fonner was chief operating officer of Tyecin Systems of Los Altos, CA, a privately held software company (acquired by Manugistics, Inc.). Prior to Tyecin, Mr. Fonner was with Amdahl Corporation for 18 years, where he was a corporate officer for six years. He served in various sales, marketing and senior management roles at Amdahl including Vice President of Corporate Marketing. Before joining Amdahl, he was with IBM Corporation for ten years. Dr. Anthony Skjellum is Chief Architect for Verari Systems. Dr. Skjellum holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science, a MS in Chemical Engineering, and a BS in Physics, all from California Institute of Technology. Dr. Skjellum has manifested a long-term commitment to and has developed a research reputation for work in the area of message passing systems software for high performance and enterprise computing platforms. His research on zip code (Caltech and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory) created recognized contributions to the MPI-1 Standard, where he chaired the Groups, Contexts, and Communications subcommittee. He chaired the real-time subcommittee for the MPI-2 Forum, and has convened and co-chaired the currently ongoing MPI/RT Forum. Dr. Skjellum is co-author of the book, Using MPI, MIT Press, 1994. |
